We are recruiting a Secondary Cover Teacher!
The School is a well-known and highly regarded special needs school in Slough, which has achieved Autism Accreditation. The school caters for up to 110 pupils and Sixth Form students between the ages of 7 - 19, who have a range of academic abilities and complex special needs.
The School has an in-house team of qualified therapists offering Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration.
The role will be based in a class of 5 students and will involve both one-to-one and group work with the pupils. The pupils in the class all have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and the majority are on the Autistic spectrum (ASC). The pupils are physically active and may show some challenging behaviour.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
