SEN Lead Teacher

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Lead Teacher to work with a well known SEN school in Plymouth. The school caters for secondary aged pupils with learning and behavioural difficulties who are no longer in mainstream education. The role is to support pupils' learning and make sure they are appropriately challenged as well as working with Teaching Assistants within the school.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be an experienced Fully Qualified Teacher, with exceptional behaviour management.
- Will be experienced in working with secondary aged pupils.
- Will have written IEPs and other support plans.
- Will be experienced in the education sector and with working with multi-agency organisations.
- Be enthusiastic and able to engage children in their learning.
- Will have a clean, full driving licence and access to a car to use daily.
