- Teaching Assistants must have previous experience working with children with SEN

Are you available to start in the next academic year (September 2017)?
TP are looking for an experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting in September. The school is located in Normanton approximately 5 minutes away from the train station. Public transport routes are also easily accessible and regular to the school.
The school are looking for a:
• Strong Teaching Assistant with experience working 1:1
• Experience working with children with challenging behaviour
• Full time starting as soon as possible
• Team Teach trained or willing to do the training through Teaching Personnel
The school received ‘Good’ at its last Ofsted in 2015 and have roughly 438 pupils and 39% SEN pupils in school.
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.
These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability and many more.
