The school caters for students that are Primary/secondary and older, so the ability to adapt and work with different ages is preferable. Candidates that have experience in other areas, such as Makaton, team teach, MAPA etc., are encouraged to apply also. Qualifications in education are also preferable, e.g. NVQ's in education with children and social work.
