Teaching Personnel are currently working with a pupil referral unit in the Reading area that are currently looking for a teaching assistant to start working with them as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children or young adults with Autism, learning difficulties or social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The school require a confident and proactive individual who will assist in engaging the children in the curriculum as well as supporting them with their social and emotional development. It is of great importance that the successful candidate is highly sensitive to the varied backgrounds that the children in this setting come from and are willing to engage in the process of incorporating them back in to an appropriate setting.
