Our client schools is a purpose built building for pupils with SEMH needs. Their central aim to to enable them to feel valued and respected as individuals and see them constructively involved in the life and work at school.
The school:

•Encourage good behaviour and self-respect in our young people
You:
•Ensure the school’s teaching and learning policy is implemented consistently;
•Identify and remove barriers to learning;
•Ensure the classroom ethos and environment promotes learning;
•Ensure pupils are clear about the expected learning outcomes;

Staff with a team teach certificate would be preferred for the role but not essential. Training will be offered.
