Are you an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in primary education? We are recruiting passionate TAs to join supportive schools in Barnsley and Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ learning, development, and well-being across a variety of year groups.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support pupils with additional needs.
• Help develop pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Assist with classroom management and organisation.
• Support assessment and monitoring of pupils’ progress.

‍ What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
• Knowledge of SEND, interventions, or differentiated learning strategies (desirable).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
