Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (S18 & Surrounding Areas, South Sheffield)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the S18 area and surrounding South Sheffield communities.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential. Roles may include working 1:1 with pupils, supporting small groups, or assisting the whole class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
• Helping to prepare learning materials and resources
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
