Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Full Time – SEN School – Manchester

Location: M40 

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step?

A specialist SEN school is looking for a confident HLTA to deliver small group interventions, cover lessons and support teaching and learning across the school.

The role:

• Leading pre-planned lessons

• Delivering targeted academic interventions

• Supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH

• Working closely with teaching staff

We are looking for:

• HLTA status or strong Level 3/4 TA experience

• Confidence leading a classroom

• Strong behaviour management skills
