The specification:

You will have previous experience supporting pupils within a SEN or Mainstream setting with moderate to severe learning difficulties. You will be able to support confidently both Literacy and Numeracy and be creative in differentiating work to suit the ability of the pupil. You will be able to support on a one to one basis and in small groups and focus on attainment gaps ensuring pupil progress is tracked and communicated to the teacher.

The client:

A average sized primary school in Leicester with good facilities and situated within good distance of main routes and public transport links. The school has excellent support in place for SEN pupils and is able to provide training for employees looking to further and develop their career.

Teaching Personnel:

Teaching personnel are dedicated to providing school with quality candidates. We expect all registered staff to provide a 6 year career history and references from their most recent employer. A DBS will be required that is registered to the update service - assistance can be provided with this.
