  • A loving Roman Catholic school supporting children aged 2–11, nurturing their curiosity, confidence and sense of belonging.
  • A vibrant, lively community of around 400 happy pupils, filling the halls with laughter, friendship and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Offers Nursery provision, helping even the youngest children feel at home from the moment they arrive.

About the Role:

  • Provide warm, patient and dedicated 1:1 behaviour support to a lovely Year 2 pupil, helping them feel understood, supported and safe as they grow emotionally and academically.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the SENCO, supportive parents, and external professionals to create consistency, celebrate progress, and ensure the child receives the very best tailored support.
  • Gently encourage positive interactions, confidence‑building moments and social development, helping the pupil feel included, valued and proud of their achievements.
  • Support the class teacher by adapting activities, offering reassurance and bringing creativity to lessons so the child can engage at their own pace.
  • Collaborate with a caring team of colleagues who believe in holistic development, inclusion and celebrating every small success along the way.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in similar roles such as support work with children.
