A secondary aged provision based in Bexley is currently recruiting for support staff and or Teaching Assistants in KS 3 and KS 4. There are several roles they are currently recruiting for from full time (5 days a week) to part time (2- 3 days a week) and times are from 8:30 – 15:30. The roles are to start ASAP which can either be a general Teaching Assistant or Support Staff within class or 1-2-1 roles.
About the provision
This provision based in Bexeley provides education for pupils resident in the Borough of Greenwich who are not able to attend mainstream school for various reasons, including: exclusion, illness (including mental illness), persistent non-attendance, newcomers to country (including unaccompanied minors), looked after children who move into the borough, and those experiencing behavioural difficulties which might lead to their exclusion. Separate departments of the PRU provide education in different ways, from full-time attendance at the PRU to part-time on-site with support in students' own schools. It has an assessment centre where students are assessed before being moved to the most appropriate school. The PRU manages an outreach service which supports students in their own school, and provides tuition for those who cannot otherwise access education
