Support Staff Member – SEN/SEMH Provision
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Support Staff Member to join a specialist SEN/SEMH provision, supporting pupils across a range of year groups. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a genuine passion for helping young people reach their full potential.
About the Provision:

The school caters for children and young people with special educational needs and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.

Pupils may present with complex needs and require tailored support to help them engage positively in education.

Staff play a vital role in providing both academic and emotional support, helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and life skills.
The Role:

Support pupils across year groups in the classroom and during wider school activities.

Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Provide both academic and pastoral support, adapting to the individual needs of each pupil.

Act as a positive role model, encouraging independence and engagement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
