What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers in the classroom with learning and behaviour management.
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to re-engage students and boost confidence.
• Assisting with calm de-escalation and behaviour plans.
• Helping pupils with focus, routines, and emotional wellbeing.
• Travelling across RCT to provide consistent support where it’s needed most.
• Building relationships that could lead to long-term placement opportunities.

• Reliable and flexible team players.
• Experience in youth work, coaching, care, or similar (school experience a bonus).

• EWC registration (School Learning Support Worker category).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
