Teaching Personnel’s South Wales Secondary team have doubled in size over the last year and the need for Teaching Assistants has never been higher. Starting in September our secondary schools have a demand for teaching assistants throughout the year. The duration of each assignment can vary quite significantly, where you could be covering long term sickness 5 days a week, a permanent placement or flexible or part time work to coincide with your studies. Your placement can be on a full time, part time or flexible basis dependant on the schools needs.
An important attribute you must have is the obvious desire to work with children. With the children’s needs varying so much from school to school, the opportunities to be a positive influence in each setting are endless. You could be working in a Special Educational needs setting aiding with children with Autism, or working with behavior through the medium of sport. If you are eager to work with children and make a difference, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
