A brand new secondary school in Wembley, London is seeking an experienced teaching assistant to support classroom-based learning and 1-1- pupil support across KS3 and KS4. The school is seeking a teaching assistant that can be proactive, approachable, and nurturing with pupils and has experienced supporting teachers with planning and learning.
The school are looking for experienced teaching assistance that has worked previoulsy in a secondary school and have the proactiveness, personality and energy to work with young children. The school is a vibrant mixed school for students aged 11- 19 and high expectations are held for the students.
CPD training will be provided once a week, with the school using the time to dprofessionaly develop all of their staff. This is a brand new school will exceptional facilities.
The school is looking for a teaching assistant:
- Provides a proactive and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
- Proactive and engaging with children.
- Passionate for supporting children and working on their progress.
- Can support children with English.
- Support children in KS3 and KS4
Successful teaching assistants will benefit from:
- Creating an encouraging learning environment for pupils
- Providing valuable support to both teachers and students in the classroom
- Supportive and friendly team
- CPD training provided by SLT

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
