Secondary School Supply Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel is in search of a number of qualified Secondary School Teachers who specialise in a specific year group or key stage to meet the growing demands of schools who currently operate under the Astrea Multi Academy Trust banner.
Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnered as the sole supplier of staffing to the trust. The Astrea Trust’s Cambridgeshire schools are located in St. Neots, St. Ives and Cottenham and we are searching for passionate teachers who are looking to work in any or all of these locations.
The schools have a number of options to cater for all working schedules from short and long-term assignments on a part and full time basis as well as flexible day to day work for teachers with limited availability that may already have existing commitments.
The Trust:
The Astrea Academy Trust has the highest expectations of pupil attainment in national assessments, but their aspirations take them beyond the concept of “schooling”. Astrea educates, rather than schools.
With an impassioned by-line, “Inspiring Beyond Measure”, Astrea states its commitment to ‘educate, not just school’, instilling the qualities and dispositions of Resilience, Empathy, Aspiration, Contribution and Happiness.
The Astrea Academy Trust logo communicates the importance they place on collaboration, development and aspiration: The three figures are coming together in the shape of a tree, which represents growth, whilst the tallest figure reaches upwards, towards a star, which is above and beyond the highest branch of the tree.
If you are interested in knowing more about how you can explore work opportunities within the trust through Teaching Personnel, give us a call today on 01223 393597 or apply via the links provided and we’ll call you back within 24 hours!
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
