Our client school is looking for a new teacher to join their school ready for the new academic year!

Based in the Hackney area the school has a science specialism and is looking for a teacher who can join the school and work towards Head of Department over the next academic year.

You will need to be committed and passionate about teaching science and will be expected to help raise attainment over the academic year. In return you will receive a supportive environment and CPD training from the school and Teaching Personnel.

The school has very high expectations and they are working towards an outstanding Ofsted by the time of the next inspection.

Our client school has been lead by the same head teacher for 7 years running so has a consistent routine and standard for excellence, and the school is looking for candidates who will live up to this reputation.

About the role

  • KS3-5 teacher with full classroom responsibility and marking and planning
  • Occasional parent- teacher communication depending on time of year

Requirements for this role

  • PGCE in Science Secondary level
  • Science related degree
  • Previous experience working in secondary schools
  • You'll be committed to helping raise attainment and create inspiring lessons for students
  • Able to travel to the Hackney area
