One of Teaching Personnel's partnership Secondary Schools are seeking a Science Teacher to join their growing school from June or September, in the Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire area on a Temp to Perm Contract.
The temp to perm period is 20 term time weeks from your first day working at the Academy, you will go permanent at the end of this period. This is a flexible approach for you to decide if it is the right role for you before accepting permanency whereby you are paid on a daily rate figure equivalent to your pay scale salary.
This is one of the most popular secondary schools in the Buckinghamshire area and prides itself on being oversubscribed every year for school places. The school have growing student numbers and currently offer high quality education to KS3, and will expand into KS4 in September.
The Ofsted is currently 'Good' but is establishing itself to be graded as Outstanding in their next inspection and have an excellent and established Science department.
The school are keen to recruit an established Science Teacher to take on the Science position will full planning/marking responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong classroom management
- Good sense of humour
- Good motivational skills, especially for KS3
- Good knowledge of IT based learning
- Excellent Science knowledge
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Open to NQT's

The pay for this role will be dependent on experience but Teaching Personnel have a fantastic rapport with both teachers and schools across the local area meaning you will be looked after throughout the process.
Candidates will be required to attend an online interview to register. We will need to gain two references (academic/professional) and hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
