Science Teacher

Job description

The governors of this Chichester based school are seeking to recruit a teacher of Science on a full time basis covering the duration of a maternity leave. They require a teacher who has strong academic experience but also where appropriate, experience of working in a school who share common values, where the cocurricular life of the school is as vital as the rigour of the taught curriculum.

The successful applicant will already be an outstanding educator or striving towards outstanding with the vison for the development of the highest quality teaching and learning. They will be committed to ensuring every student makes excellent progress. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with an ability to develop quality relationships with students, parents and staff are important elements of the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
