Teacher of Science needed for "Good" School near Bognor!

The School are looking for a passionate and dynamic Science Teacher, NQTs and experienced practitioners both encouraged to apply. The School is a large Secondary with state of the art facilities, and a growing Sixth Form, offering you the opportunity to teach up to KS5 if you so desire.

Person Specification, you should be/have:

  • Fully Qualified Science Teacher, with UK QTS or Overseas equivalent

  • Able to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to KS4, and your Specialism to KS5
  • Proven track record of raising attainment

  • Able to inspire colleagues and students alike

  • Passionate about the Sciences, and the role they have in Modern Society

  • Innovative, and a creative problem solver

  • Should be familiar with best practise in Science

  • Able to enthuse and support attainment in Students, from a variety of backgrounds and at all ability levels

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
