Teaching Personnel are currently in partnership with an ‘Outstanding’ school in Camden, London. This particular school has long been a top choice for parents in the London borough of Camden, and surrounding areas. Located in the heart of Wembley, with access to restaurants and shops. This school has state-of-the-art facilities to match. Five years ago, the school opened their Sixth Form and have quickly grown to capacity, hence an upgrade to more modern learning spaces and facilities two years ago.
This school is now looking for a motivational, ambitious, inspiring and dedicated Newly Qualified Teacher of Science to join their highly successful department. Overall, the Senior Leadership Team within the school are extremely passionate about ensuring that all staff within the school feel valued and have the opportunity to further develop all aspects of their teaching profession. This matches their expectation of students to meet the challenging targets that are set for them, and strive together to be outstanding. In most recent observations, inspectors praised the students as “courteous, respectful and keen to talk about their achievements”.

Upon joining Teaching Personnel and our client school NQTs will be enrolled onto our Teaching Personnel NQT Pool Scheme. Newly Qualified Teachers within this pool will receive free access to six online support packs provided by our sister company Best Practice Network.
Each pack contains six hours of content aligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework and are designed to support the practice of Teachers.

This supports your classroom practice and helps you promote pupil progress by applying an understanding of the way children learn.

This supports the use of effective and appropriate methods of assessment to promote pupil progress and improve outcomes.
- Behaviour
This supports your behaviour management helping you to set high expectations and create a supportive learning environment for all pupils.
- Special Educational Needs
This pack will help to develop inclusive practice to support all pupils effectively including those with special educational needs.
- Professional Behaviours
This pack supports in fulfilling wider school responsibilities as you develop effective professional relationships with parents and colleagues.
