Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of succeeding within the education recruitment industry? We are interviewing over the upcoming weeks and the successful applicant will commence their employment in February 2021.
The Role
At Teaching Personnel we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who embodies our TP spirit by having a passion for education and championing a quality service. As this opportunity comes with fast progression to management, a strong work ethic and proven sales and business development skills will be essential to be successful in this role.
Our Leeds Primary branch, based in Leeds city centre, has seen great success over the last twelve months and are looking for an experienced individual to join the team and help them take their performance to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate success in a full 360 degree consultant role. They should also believe in the same things we do: team work, quality and continuous improvement.
