Job Title: Teacher of Psychology
Location: NN9, Raunds
Salary: MPS/UPS (Main/Upper Pay Scale)
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Psychology for our partner School in Wellingborough/Raunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive and dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, teach, and assess Psychology lessons to ensure progression of learning.

Set clear objectives and challenging tasks to engage and inspire students.

Support students with individual needs (AEN/SEN) and encourage high standards in behaviour and work.

Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to help achieve their potential.
-
Act as a Form Tutor, supporting the pastoral care and well-being of students.

Contribute to the development of the department and school policies.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the Psychology curriculum and a passion for teaching.

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.

Dedication to continuous professional development.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
