  • Are considering a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or Teaching.

  • Have previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential).

  • Are resilient, compassionate, and confident in managing challenging situations.

What we offer:

  • Full-time, term-time only work with ongoing support and training.

  • The chance to gain practical experience working alongside skilled professionals.

  • A clear route into further training, permanent employment, or post-graduate study.

  • Opportunities in alternative provisions, PRUs, SEN schools, and SEMH settings.

Applicants must be:

  • Degree-educated in Psychology or a related field.

  • Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide professional references.

  • Open-minded, proactive, and ready to learn in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
