  • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and physical or learning disabilities

  • Helping create engaging, inclusive classroom environments

  • Working closely with parents and multi-disciplinary professionals

We’re looking for someone compassionate, calm, and committed. Whether you’re experienced in SEN or just starting your career in education or care, we value kindness, creativity, and a desire to learn.

Desirable Qualities

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN

  • Strong communication and team-working skills

  • Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence

  • A positive, proactive attitude

  • A willingness to undertake training (Team Teach, safeguarding, etc.)

Perks of the Position

  • Term-time only – enjoy work-life balance

  • Ongoing CPD and in-house training

  • Supportive, welcoming team environment

  • Opportunity to progress into teaching, therapy, or pastoral roles
