We are looking for confident psychology graduates with experience or an interest working with special needs and mental health for an established and renowned organisation in West London. The organisation has been providing opportunities to young children and adults with autism, severe learning needs and mental health for 50 years with two sites based in Southall and Acton.

  • Primary and Secondary site based in Southall
  • College (further education - 19 to 22) site based in Acton

This graduate role is set to start in September 2019 for an academic year with opportunities to apply for permanent positions within the school.

This school is rated 'Outstanding' by both Ofsted and National Autistic Society and working at this school is a great opportunity for graduates looking to kick start their career in psychology, therapy or education. Being open to learning and working collaboratively is vital as highly accredited autism training courses are provided to committed staff from the National Autistic Society.

Experience working with autism, learning difficulties, mental health, residential care, support work, Pupil Referral Units or alternative learning provisions would be ideal due to the needs of the pupils.
