Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a number of Schools in the Lancashire area who are looking for Teachers!

We are the leading National teaching agency and we specialise in securing candidates in long term positions and permanent roles as well as offering day to day supply options. I specifically recruit for the special educational needs Schools and Behavioural Units in the Lancashire area. I am currently looking to appoint a number of Teachers to work in our behavioural units. These positions come up frequently and often the role will require the following:

- Qualified Teacher Status

- Ability to work with pupils with SEN and Behavioural Difficulties

- Ability to deliver a range of lessons

- Working full time, School hours

The Schools generally cater for pupils of all ages and are smaller than your average mainstream school. The class sizes tend to be under 10 pupils per class and candidates interested in these roles MUST have strong behaviour management skills.

The candidate will benefit from the following:

- Working in a number of different Schools

- Potential of long term positions and permanent roles coming available

- Working with pupils who display challenging behaviours

- Assisting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
