Teachers Needed – Day-to-Day & Long-Term Opportunities

Location: Swanage and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate / January 2026
Contract Type: Day-to-Day, Short-Term, or Long-Term
Salary: Competitive, paid to scale where applicable

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Teacher looking for rewarding opportunities in the Swanage area?
We’re currently working with a range of welcoming local schools who are seeking reliable and passionate supply teachers to provide day-to-day cover, with excellent prospects for longer-term placements from January – or even before!

Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT keen to build confidence and variety in the classroom, we’d love to hear from you.


What We Offer:

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Confident, engaging, and passionate about supporting pupils’ learning
  • Flexible and adaptable to different school environments
  • SEN experience is not essential, but would be beneficial
  • Hold (or be willing to apply for) a DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
