Job Title: Teachers – Day-to-Day Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Location: Wareham and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Flexible (Day-to-Day, Short-Term, and Long-Term Roles Available)
Pay Rate: £120–£140 per day (depending on experience and assignment)
About the Role
Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and adaptable teachers to join our team, supporting a range of primary and secondary schools across the Wareham area.
Whether you’re seeking flexible day-to-day supply work or exploring potential long-term placements, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your skills and availability. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting pupils across different settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and key stages.
- Follow existing lesson plans or create suitable learning activities when required.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Recent experience teaching in UK schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, professional approach with a positive attitude.
- Availability for short-notice supply work or pre-booked cover.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
