Job Title: Teachers – Flexible Supply & Long-Term Roles

Location: Dorchester and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible (Day-to-Day and Long-Term)
Pay Rate: £120–£140 per day (depending on experience and role type)


About the Role

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a range of local primary and secondary schools to provide outstanding teachers for both day-to-day cover and longer-term teaching roles.

What the Role Involves

  • Delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils.
  • Following lesson plans and maintaining continuity of learning.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Contributing to the overall ethos of the school and supporting pupil progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in UK schools (primary or secondary).
  • Good classroom management and communication skills.
  • A professional, flexible, and reliable approach to work.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and year groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
