Teachers – Swanage and Surrounding Areas

Teaching Personnel is working closely with primary and secondary schools in Swanage to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated teachers. We can offer a variety of roles, including day-to-day supply, part-time contracts, and long-term positions tailored to your availability.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent) across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary
  • Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire pupils
  • Adaptability across a range of subjects and key stages
  • A genuine commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
