Primary Teacher – Swanage
Location: Swanage
Pay: £120 - £140 per day
Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
Start: September 2025 (or sooner if available)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to inspire young minds and make a lasting impact in the classroom?

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with friendly and supportive primary schools in the Swanage area who are seeking Qualified Primary Teachers to join their teams from September 2025. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an enthusiastic ECT, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (year group preference considered)
  • Support the academic and social development of pupils
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support assistants
  • Ensure safeguarding and behaviour policies are upheld

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting (placements accepted)
  • A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
  • A genuine passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
