Teachers Needed – Swanage & Surrounding Areas

Location: Swanage, Dorset
Pay: £120 – £140 per day
Contract Type: Ad-hoc, Short-Term, and Long-Term Opportunities
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible work in the beautiful Swanage area?
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting qualified teachers to support a number of primary and secondary schools across Swanage and the surrounding Dorset coastline. With a mix of day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements, we can find the perfect fit for your availability and experience.


What We Offer

  • Competitive daily pay rates between £120 – £140 (depending on role and experience)

‍ About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable teachers who:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have recent experience teaching in UK schools
  • Are confident managing classrooms and delivering engaging lessons
  • Are flexible, punctual, and keen to make a difference in local schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
