Primary Teachers – Bridport & Surrounding Areas

Full-Time & Ad Hoc Opportunities | Paid to Scale

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across a wide network of primary schools in Bridport and the surrounding areas.

We are recruiting for both full-time positions and flexible ad hoc/supply work, making this an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for variety, local work, or longer-term stability.

The Role:

  • Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (depending on experience and preference)
  • Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Working closely with a range of local schools, building strong professional relationships
  • Opportunities to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Is willing to commute across Bridport and nearby areas
  • Has experience working with SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)
  • Holds a DBS on the Update Service (ideal, or willing to apply)
  • Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about primary education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
