Primary Teacher – Swanage
KS2 Focus | KS1 Opportunities Available | SEN Experience Preferred | Competitive Pay

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Swanage who are seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to join their teams. These roles are primarily focused on KS2, with opportunities available in KS1 depending on your experience and preference.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching, enjoys variety, and is keen to support pupils with a range of needs.

Position Details:

  • Role: Primary Teacher
  • Location: Swanage and surrounding areas
  • Key Stages: KS2 (main focus) with KS1 opportunities
  • Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
  • Contract: Short-term, long-term and flexible roles available
  • Pay: Competitive rates, paid weekly via PAYE

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds UK QTS
  • Has strong experience or confidence teaching in KS2
  • Is open to supporting KS1 where required
  • Has SEN experience or a strong interest in SEN support
  • Has a DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or is happy to apply
  • Can drive (preferred) to access local schools
  • Brings a positive, adaptable and nurturing approach to the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
