Teaching Personnel works closely with a large number of primary and middle schools in and around Verwood, with further opportunities across surrounding areas such as Ringwood, Ferndown, Wimborne and Cranborne. We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Teachers who are confident teaching across a variety of year groups—from Reception through to Year 8—depending on your preference.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, are happy to commute, and are open to both longer-term placements and ad hoc supply work.

Position Details:

• Role: Primary Teacher
• Location: Verwood + surrounding areas (Ringwood, Ferndown, Wimborne, Cranborne, etc.)
• School Types: Primary and middle schools
• Year Groups: Reception – Year 8 (you can specify your preference)
• Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities
• Contract: Longer-term placements + flexible day-to-day supply
• Pay: Paid to scale for long-term roles, weekly via PAYE

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Confidence teaching across a range of year groups
• Positive and adaptable approach to different school environments
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Willingness to commute for additional work (driving preferable)
• Reliable, professional and committed to delivering high-quality teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
