Teaching Personnel is seeking a flexible and confident Primary Teacher to support our partner schools in the Wimborne area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is happy to begin with day-to-day supply, while keeping an open mind for longer-term roles that frequently arise across the area.

We work with a large number of supportive, well-led schools in and around Wimborne, providing consistent work and the chance to build strong relationships that often lead to extended placements.

The role:

• Teaching across a variety of year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2) depending on your preference and experience
• Day-to-day and short-term supply work to start
• Opportunities to transition into longer-term or ongoing roles
• Maintaining strong routines and delivering engaging lessons
• Paid to scale for longer-term placements
• Ideally able to drive to access wider opportunities across surrounding areas

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds QTS and has experience across primary year groups
• Is flexible, proactive and confident teaching in different classroom environments
• Enjoys variety and can adapt well to new routines and teams
• Is happy to travel to schools in Wimborne and nearby areas
• Is ultimately seeking longer-term stability but open to supply while we support them in finding the right fit
• Is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
