Job Title: Teachers – Day-to-Day Supply
Location: Wimborne and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate, with long-term opportunities available throughout the academic year
Contract Type: Flexible day-to-day supply, potential for long-term placements
Salary: £120–£140 per day (dependent on experience and role)

Overview
Teaching Personnel is recruiting adaptable and committed Teachers to support primary and secondary schools in the Wimborne area. Schools require reliable practitioners for day-to-day supply cover, with several settings anticipating long-term vacancies as the year progresses.

Role Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons to a high standard
• Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive classroom climate
• Support pupil progress through effective teaching and assessment
• Quickly adapt to different classrooms, year groups, and school environments
• Follow all safeguarding procedures and school policies

Requirements
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Confident classroom management and strong subject knowledge
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Flexibility for short-notice day-to-day supply
• Professional, reliable, and responsive to school needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
