Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Dorchester to recruit a passionate KS1 Teacher for a long-term role starting after Easter half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher looking for stability, strong team support and the chance to make a real impact within Key Stage 1.

The Role

• Full classroom responsibility within KS1
• Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons
• Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
• Working collaboratively with a friendly and experienced staff team
• Long-term placement offering consistency and stability

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS and experience within Key Stage 1
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Creative, nurturing and committed to pupil progress
• Happy to commute to Dorchester
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred
