Job Title: Teachers – Primary and Secondary
Location: Dorchester and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate (day-to-day and short-term), long-term opportunities available throughout the academic year
Contract Type: Flexible supply and potential long-term placements
Salary: £120–£140 per day (dependent on experience and role)

Overview
Teaching Personnel is seeking committed and adaptable Teachers to support schools across Dorchester. Local primary and secondary settings require reliable practitioners for day-to-day supply cover, with several schools anticipating longer-term vacancies as the year progresses.

Role Responsibilities
• Deliver effective, curriculum-aligned lessons
• Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs
• Assess pupil progress and support improvement
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies

Requirements
• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Confident behaviour management and subject knowledge
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
