Primary Supply Teacher.

Are you looking for a flexible supply teaching role?

Teachining Personnel are working closly with a variety of excellent primary schools in and around Cambridge. We are recruiting for FQTs who would be able to offer their support on a supply and day to day basis to a number of these schools in September. This would be perfectly suited to an FQT looking for a role with a high level of flexibility or perhaps a better work life balance. You would be required to run energetic and fun lessons, planning will be provided but you must posses a strong level of behaviour and classroom management.

This role will include teaching both KS1 and KS2 pupils, therefore prior teaching experience and knowledge of the curriculum for this age range would be highly beneficial. The role will also include:

  • Upholding the values of the schools at all times
  • Delivering pre planned lessons 
  • Be available throughout the full school day (8.30AM -3.30PM) 
  • Setting up/ setting down of the classroom
  • Ensuring the behaviour of the pupils meets the standard of the school

This role would be ideal for teacher looking for a role with high levels of flexibility whilst remaining highly engaging and rewarding.

Requirements for the role:

  • Candidate must be a fully qualified teacher preferably with experience with both KS1 and KS2
  • DBS on the update service (we can help with this) 
  • Safeguarding qualifications
  • Experience with SEN pupils 
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A constant cheery attitude with an excellent attitude to all aspects of work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
