Primary Teachers (KS1 & KS2)

Location: Wells and surrounding Somerset areas
Pay Rate: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate opportunities available – partnership begins 1st December 2025

About the Role

Are you a passionate, creative, and reliable Primary Teacher looking for rewarding opportunities in the Wells area?

Teaching Personnel are delighted to announce a new partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust covering schools across Devon, Torbay, and Somerset. From December 2025, we’ll be one of the approved staffing partners, supporting all of the Trust’s teaching, cover, and support staff requirements.

To prepare for this exciting collaboration, we’re expanding our local network of KS1 and KS2 Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive schools in and around Wells.
You can also start right away — with immediate placements available before the partnership officially begins.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in hearing from:

  • Qualified KS1 and KS2 Teachers, including ECTs
  • Educators who bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
  • Individuals who meet safeguarding and compliance standards, including:
    • Informal interview and reference checks
    • Right-to-work and identity documentation
    • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
    • Completion of essential training modules required by the Trust

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
