Primary Teachers (KS1 & KS2)

Location: Milborne Port and nearby Somerset schools
Pay: £120 – £140 per day (based on experience)
Start Date: Ongoing – with an exciting new partnership beginning 1st December 2025
Contract: Supply / Flexible / Full-time / Part-time


A new opportunity is on the horizon for teachers across Milborne Port!

Teaching Personnel are proud to have been chosen by a large Multi Academy Trust spanning Devon, Torbay and Somerset to provide their staffing and supply support. From December 2025, we’ll be one of the approved agencies working directly with this Trust for all their teaching, support and cover needs.

In preparation, we’re building a team of enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work across welcoming schools in and around Milborne Port.

If you’d like to start sooner, there are immediate placements available — giving you the chance to settle into local schools now and be ready for the exciting opportunities ahead.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated KS1 and KS2 teachers who are passionate about helping children thrive. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an ECT at the start of your journey, we’d love to hear from you.

All applicants will go through Teaching Personnel’s compliance and vetting process, which includes:

  • An informal interview and reference checks
  • Submission of right-to-work and safeguarding documents
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Completion of any required training to work within the Trust

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
