Physics / Science Teacher required at an international school near Cambridge for maternity cover in September

  • Maternity Cover part time role for at least 1 term
  • Highly regarded international school in Cambridge
  • You could earn up to £180 a day! Depending on experience & qualifications.

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Fully Qualified Science Teacher with a specialism in Physics, who is able to teach KS3 & KS4. The role is part time starting in September. You must have a thorough knowledge of Science & Physics; & be able to deliver the subjects to GCSE.

The school is located in a picturesque setting surrounded by fields & meadows. Based on a large site, the school is investing in a brand new school building to be erected in the next 3 to 5 years. This is part of the investment from the growing network of schools across the world, in places such as Spain & Dubai. With locations in almost every corner of the world, there are relocation possibilities that would suit any dream! There are also opportunities to travel with the students & fellow Teachers on the many schools trips, such as New York, skiing in the Alps & much more!

The school aim to deliver a personal education that tailor to the needs of their students. They pride themselves on their knowledge & understanding of the pupils & use a variety of methods to support an interspersed learning experience for all.

The ability to teach English as an Additional Language is highly valued to ensure students are given the opportunity to use their mother tongue wherever possible. The school is also keen to recruit staff who can contribute to the variety of extra curricular activities provided. Whether it is running an after school club or participating in sports events, all extra support is welcomed!
