- Experience of Letters & Sounds essential as the role will involve actively raising attainment in collaboration with the class teacher
- Level 2 / 3 TA required for this post
- Initially offered as a supporting role on a full time basis with specified groups for phonics intervention the school also has a full time / permanent TA post available - excellent opportunity to get known to the school
Teaching Personnel have had a request from a client school in Warrington to source an experienced TA who is able to offer Letters & Sounds Phonics to actively work with the class teachers to raise attainment in small groups. The role will involve collaborative works with the teachers and a lot of input from yourself to continually progress the pupils.
The ability ranges from poor to just above national average with the majority of pupils slightly below required levels. The ability to progress them quickly and raise understanding is paramount.
