Teaching Personnel is working with a secondary school in Andover seeking a confident, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials across subjects
  • Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Encouraging pupil engagement and supporting progress
  • Gaining valuable experience across KS3 and KS4
