Teaching Personnel is supporting a secondary school in Farnborough seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team immediately. This position is perfect for those wanting to build experience in education, develop teaching skills and take the first step into a rewarding career.


The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will support learning across a range of subjects by:

  • Leading lessons during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Encouraging pupil engagement and maintaining a productive environment
  • Managing behaviour in line with school expectations
  • Building essential classroom experience ahead of teacher training

No specialist subject knowledge is required — full support is provided.
