Teaching Personnel is supporting a secondary school in Farnborough seeking a proactive, confident Cover Supervisor to join them as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build teaching skills, explore a long-term pathway into education, or enjoy flexible work that fits around other commitments.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials during teacher absences
  • Lead classes across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Support pupils to stay engaged and on-task
  • Manage behaviour in line with school expectations
  • Build valuable experience ahead of teacher training

This role offers variety, development and excellent exposure to school life.
