The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher while ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You’ll manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and maintain a positive, focused, and productive learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The role may also involve supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements, making this an incredibly rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about helping young people succeed.
