Cover Supervisor – Basingstoke

Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner if available)
Contract: Full time / Term time only

A high‑performing and rapidly growing secondary school in Basingstoke is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join its dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive and professional school environment.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning. You will:

  • Supervise lessons using pre-prepared work in the absence of teachers
  • Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies
  • Support student engagement and progress
  • Assist with administrative or classroom-based tasks when required
